They're all his, though I think I had far more attachment to Duel to the Death than he dud. They hit the trash pile and were taken away before I realized what was happening. I had anticipated that he'd be abandoning a lot of stuff for not wanting to deal with it, but these got left on the curb.

He's too fabulous to deal with stuff.

It was a hydrastone casting of a carving one of his friends did. He used to sell them at Gargoyles, and I think it carried bad memories for him.

I would have been just as happy if it had stayed there, too. I think he's purging a bit.

Wonder what he'll miss?

Are these things he's thrown away "and are currently up for grabs", or "have already been hauled away by the trash guy"? 'Cause I'd totally take that hp desktop pc...in fact, you could donate it to the nonprofit I work for (they really, really need it) and totally get a tax deduction for it!

They're gone. I think the PC got picked up before the trash man arrived, but I'm not so sure about the other bits. What's left is a monitor that I'll probably have to buy a "hazardous material disposal" sticker for.

How much clean up is there?

Dude, I have no idea. What I can say is that I'm planning tonight and tomorrow around the idea that I'll have to sort through stuff.

...and then next week just generally getting stuff in order.

A couple more things

I was thinking that we'd have no plates, but the white set is being left behind. Most of the glasses are mine, but we are without wine glasses until I replace his. The biggest problem right now seems to be flatware. If you have some, great, otherwise I'll be using this as an excuse to pick up a set I like.

I'm probably stripping as much stuff as I can from the study so we can reform it as something other than a junk depository. I suspect that we could use a desk in there.
