Accursed social conscience!

It really is something. I've been to a couple now and have been entirely entranced each time. I'm not sure that I'll be able to make this one since I'm slated to see Rasputina at the Middle East, but if I think I can swing it, there'll be more pics on Monday.

I will be sure to bring ear protection, though. The last I went to had one band that was making noise for the sake of noise, and it hurt.

For some reason, my eye kept skipping over "Iron Pour" and kept reading "Harry Potter." And I don't even read the books or see the movies.

That's a hell of a Goblet of Fire.

You could go see Harry and the Potters in December on their triumphant return to Cambridge.

Negative. The only Harry Potter movie I'll ever see is "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Bone"

Oh no... they're no movie. They're a band, and they exceed even Princess Bing's HP geek quota. Here there be monsters and all that.

That looks fun. I've heard about those guys.

I'll hopefully be doing some smelting on the 31st....

It's a hell of a thing. ;P

In all seriousness, the pours are worth checking out at some point. I imagine that they're far more interesting as one of the participants, but it's a lot of fun even for the spectator.

For some reason you have never been added to my friends list... that has been remedied.
