Harvest Rites II

The ones left behind.

M- caught in the act of two-fisting cortland apples.

A quiet spot. (I was trying to do something here that didn't entirely work. Still, I like the idea of it.)

Mmmmm. Delicious pumpkin.

Incidentally, I have agoodshinkickin to thank for the spiffy new icon...

The new CC has Butterbug running around with his tongue hanging out and drooling. It's made even more awesome by the fact that he gets off some mad kung fu action!

I think I liked the story of Coven of Mystics better. This does have some neat elements, and I'm liking the direction that Naifeh seems to be taking the story.

And I'm still enchanted by Fae.

The time will come sooner than you think.

Ruh!

I *love* the new icon! I also really like the first shot of the left behind apples. I'm not good at putting into words what I like about photos, but there's something about the different levels of light on the apples...

Grah!

It was one of the few times during the day that the sun came out, so the play of light and shadow was that much more striking. I was lucky to get the shot since the clouds closed again almost immediately thereafter.

Very cool.

It took me a while to warm up to radishes. When I was a kid, they were one of my few "protest" foods, and I'm only just discovering that they're quite tasty. I love roots and tubers.

Although I'm not a big radish fan, I had the same thought about the photo looking like radishes!
