I'm planning on brewing again on Sunday. I'm thinking an English brown or a robust porter, but I'm open to suggestions. It will be the standard setup, complete with breakfast and HKAT early followed by a happy boil. I'll need to bottle the freshly dry-hopped IPA as well, so I'll be up early with the cleaning. If you want to come by, house will open at 10 and the boil will start sometime around 12:30 or 1:00.
