I just figured out that between now and mid-April, I could attend four (and maybe five) cheese classes in Cambridge. This is even skipping Whole Foods' "Coming of Age: The Maturation of Cheese" that's happening tonight. What lies ahead:

Outlay for the solid dates is all of $80, which I rate as educational expense.
