Cheshire Moon
There are nights.
Tonight, running on a week of too little sleep and supported with a steady infusion of delicious coffee, I reached the end of my reserves. I should have clued in when I started feeling like I had been clubbed in the head at about 3:30, or when the thought of dinner made me go all woozy.
What really broke me, though, was sitting in the studio trying to get a grip on making a lidded form and throwing from the hump at the same time, and failing.
Again.
And again.
And again.
I managed to move straight through frustration and then well into ennervation. By the time I packed up, I could barely move. I shuffled to my car and somehow managed to get myself home and get myself online.
...and I found words waiting for me that reminded me that it all works, and usually not in a straight line.
Timing is everything. Thank you.
