Tonight's menu:
  • Grill-smoked, thick-cut boneless pork chops with homemade ginger-apple chutney
  • Green beans tossed with olive oil and garlic
  • Boiled new potatoes with butter and dill
  • Salad of bitter greens, yellow onion, and heirloom "ugliripe" tomatoes


In the event of uncooperative weather, we will resort to the much less sexy/satisfying broiler. I have six chops and 3-4 people coming by. This means there are 2-3 unclaimed chops that you could consume.
