This was one from the 4th annual Iron Guild pour at the Saugus Iron Works, which I understand is one of the Guild's educational pours. All the molds used were hand-carved by spectators out of set sand blocks. The next art pour will likely happen sometime around All Hallows, and barring any unforeseen difficulties, I'll probably go.
Related, using film still feels like blind thrashing in the dark. Based on the sheer number of discarded shots, I'm feeling like the Canon was a very forgiving machine. Hopefully, this exercise will help me get over some of my worst habits. Per usual, click any image to access the larger version(s) on my flickr site.
