Darth Vader - German meaning “Dark Father”
Darth Maul - German and Latin meaning “Dark Hammer” or “Dark to Injure”
Darth Sidious - German and Latin meaning “Dark to Sit”
Darth Tyrannous - German and Latin meaning “Dark despotic”

It seems that the Sith are confused as to their German or Latin roots. Only Vader picked not only a solidly German name, but also one that is well descriptive.

Not to mention grammatically correct.

Since you've begun, you may as well share the origins of some of the other names... Boba Fett? Am I correct in recalling that it's a rough translation of "right bastard"? Others?
