	I've just started a chef for a Pain de Campagne. With it, I've embarked on a four-day journey creating a more complex (and yet remarkably simple) bread than I've attempted before. I'm hoping this doesn't jinx it, but wish me luck.

Well, one time I had an abusive boyfriend and I got out of that apartment in two days. So, I mean, I've coped with finding apartments quickly before. I'm worried about money and the moving part (I don't drive yet). My sissy is helping me out a lot right now with finding places. I'll be fine, I'm just pissed. I'm totally leaving a bunch of shit behind.

I'm jealous. I haven't had time for bread experiments since November.

And I haven't managed a successful starter in over a year.
