In my world of fantasy
Anna Karina in the café dance scene from Jean Luc Godard's Bande à Part set to a cover of Lords of the New Church's "Dance With Me" as sung by Mélanie Pain from Nouvelle Vague's second album, Bande à Part...

I don't think I could love this any more than I already do.

there's an ersatz spontaneous twee-ness to the original that I miss in this version, but it's still all about Anna in the last ten seconds, when the other guys have had enough, and she's still going; dancing alone and not at all caring.

The instant she smiles? Just perfect.

I wish I could remember what she says immediately after this in the original scene. :\

If they play any where near you, go. Don't ask any questions, just go.

awww, I knew that was gonna be a bad show to miss...

but I really wish there were a better way to see that video!

YouTube stutters, both audio and video, and since there's no way to download and play locally, I can't use a player outside the browser to see if it even makes a difference (which it likely would, as I can watch QuickTime and WMV and AVI and ... without the stutters...)

I've not had any problem with it. Maybe it just doesn't play well with Macs?
