I started last night. This morning, I woke up at 7:30, without an alarm, after only 8 1/2 hours of sleep (something I have not been able to do since before my most recent depressive episode). I am hesitant to link this to the honey, but what do I know? Eating a tablespoon of honey on its own, btw, is not such a tasty-treat to me. It's *so sweet*! And the taste just lingers in your mouth! Still, I had another tablespoon this morning. I don't know if the canning jar, no-label-honey I'm eating is clover honey; it doesn't taste the way I expect honey to taste

Don't give too much away just yet. If you notice changes, share them in the discussion next week. But yeah, that's a start.
I have two different honeys in the house right now, and they are infinitely different in taste and texture. Doesn't get us any closer to figuring out what you have on hand (where did you get it?), but that's the best I can offer.

I got it at the local IGA. There were several jars, none labeled save for a price tag ($9.99), next to a sign that said "local honey." It's a large Bell canning jar of the stuff. I couldn't resist supporting a local producer...

Yeah, I'm back to the "who the hell knows??" theory. Given where you're at, it could be anything from wildflower to cornflower honey.

Bring a jar east with you? ^_^

Will do :-) I think I saw at least 5 other jars of the stuff on sale the last time I went grocery shopping, so I should be able to get another.
